What is BJJ finger tape and what is it used for?
Our BJJ finger tape is designed to protect fingers and joints during training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and other martial arts. The tape provides support, reduces the risk of injuries, and stays firmly in place even during sweaty sessions.
Which size should I choose?

0.5 cm – Pro tape. This is the size many experienced practitioners and professionals use. It provides maximum support and flexibility in fingers and smaller joints without restricting movement.

0.8 cm – Classic size. Perfect for those who want wider tape than 0.5 cm but not as wide as 1.0 cm. Provides a good balance between support and mobility.

1.0 cm – Max support. Best for larger joints like the thumb where extra stability and support are needed.
Is the tape suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, the tape is made from skin-friendly material with a gentle adhesive suitable for most skin types. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend testing it on a small area first.
How long does the tape stay on during training?
The tape is designed to stay on throughout the entire training session, even during intense grappling and sweating. For best adhesion, the skin should be clean and dry before application.
What is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 49 SEK for orders up to 299 SEK.
For purchases over 299 SEK, we offer free shipping.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, a fee of 129 SEK will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping, and handling. Any remaining amount will be refunded.
Can I return the product?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before returning so we can assist you further.
