Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the terms below.

Right of Return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

Important regarding hygiene products

Our products (BJJ tape and similar sports products) are classified as hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, opened packages CANNOT be returned. The packaging must be unopened and sealed for a return to be approved.

How to make a return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item
  2. Ensure that the packaging is unopened and sealed
  3. Pack the item securely for transport
  4. Send the item back to the address we provide
  5. Include your order number in the package

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

NOTE: Returns with opened packages will not be approved and will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. In case of damage or fault, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Products with opened packaging (hygiene products)
  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected and returned to us, the order is considered unfulfilled.
We then reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 129 to cover costs for shipping, return shipping, handling, and administration.

Any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after the fee has been deducted.

If you still wish to receive the item after the package has been returned, a new order must be placed via our webshop.
